Are these cabinets CARB2 compliant?
Yes, our products are constructed from solid hardwoods and furniture grade plywood. Our plywood is CARB2 compliant for restricted formaldehyde emissions. There is no particle board in our cabinetry boxes.
Are the cabinets in stock?
Yes, if an item is out of stock, it is usually stated in the product description. Most stocks are replenished within 2-6 weeks.
If you are interested in a particular cabinet that is out of stock, contact customer service for availability.
If you place an order but a few items are out of stock, we urge you to change your layout. If you cannot change your layout, we will be happy to ship what is in stock right away and send the out of stock items as soon as they are available.
I don't see the size I need. Can these Ready-To-Assemble cabinets be customized?
These cabinets are pre-packaged and ready to ship. Only some of them can be customized, to a certain extent.
How do I secure an island cabinet?
You pre-drill and countersink holes about an inch off the floor, along the back and sides of the cabinet and screw it to the floor. You then install a molding to cover the screws. You can also drill through the floor of the cabinet and use long lag screws to secure the cabinet if you would rather not use molding around the base of the island. Remember that overhanging counters can cause leverage on the cabinet, so secure the island well and make sure the countertop is also well secured with screws and liquid nails where the countertop contacts the cabinet.
What assembly method will I get?
The assembly method varies per cabinet style. Please look for this info on the cabinet line description page on the specific style you are interested in.
What kind of shelves will I get?
The wall cabinets have adjustable shelves and the base cabinets have a stationary half shelf.
Do you offer glass inserts?
At this time, glass is unavailable through us. We do provide information on local glass shops that can assist with adding glass.
Are the sides of the cabinets flush?
Our cabinets have matching sides, however, they are not flushed ends. In the cabinet industry, the frame is 1/4" bigger than the sidewall. This is called a 1/4" reveal.
Can you look at my design from someone else and tell me what to order?
We are happy to review another design, however, we may suggest changes based on our available product. We encourage you to review designs and changes with your installer before purchase. All designs are a suggestion and require field expertise to ensure suitability. Call or email us for more information.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are available for pick-up within 3-5 business days, but it may take up to 7 days for deliveries due to scheduling and sales volume,
Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
Are the cabinets finished on the inside?
Yes. They are a natural wood finish.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
We will contact you the day before to confirm delivery.
Are the backs of the cabinets finished?
No. If you are using cabinets in an area where the back will show, 48" x 96.25" skins are available.
What is your door thickness?
All our IWC kitchen cabinets have sturdy 3/4" thick doors.
What are your cabinet depths?
Base cabinets are 24" deep. Pantry cabinets are 24" deep. Wall cabinets are 12" deep. Vanity cabinets are 21" deep.
Are these cabinets strong enough to support a granite countertop?
Are the cabinets pre-drilled for handles or knobs?
No. Handles and knobs are not included.
How do I request a return?
All returns must be authorized by IWC Management. For authorization, please send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org Returns must be received by the IWC warehouse within 14 days of receiving products. All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging, therefore there are NO RETURNS ON INSTALLED OR CUT ITEMS. If the return is accepted, the restock fees on cabinets is 50%. Trims, moldings, fillers, panels, or decorative doors have a restock fee of 15% and also must be uninstalled and uncut. The customer is responsible for all return shipping set-up and costs. Any returned product deemed unsellable will NOT receive credit.
